Wonderful breakfast spread . Love the friendly and helpful staff at both front desk and restaurant. Bottled water readily available every floor and ground floor dining area.

Friendly staff, beautiful view from the room and affordable. We arrived at 7am, well before check in but the staff were kind enough to let us enjoy the morning buffet.

The location was in a back street off a main road. There was not that many restaurants nearby, and the only way to get to places would be to take a taxi or walk 15 minutes along a busy road.

It is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is not about the stars; it is about the value of what you get. I must say the staff who work here are truly helpful and very attentive. I have some pictures I would love to share with you. The owner gave me mosquito spray because they took it at the airport. The other day, some of the friendly staff brought me a small cake to accompany my coffee after lunch because she knew I loved it from the breakfast they provide, which by the way is amazing and is included. These and many other thoughtful details with no charge were part of my stay at this hotel. The location is outside the old city and works perfectly for someone like me who wants peace and wakes up in what I called the treehouse, as my room was right at the top of a tree where I could see squirrels jumping, birds singing, and in the distance, I could see the mountains, temples, and the city. Congratulations to the entire BED group; it is a minimalist, clean, beautiful, and welcoming style.

The view was nice. I like seeing the green trees from my room and the large window was perfect that i felt my room was better than my friend's room in another hotel even though i paid less.

I wish there was a handheld shower head to make it easiers to wash your body. Also, i wish the step at the door of the shower was a different color because I kept tripping on it.

Super nice staff!! Always smile to you and help you with anything! We arrived early that day at about 9 am and they offered us a free breakfast which was really kind and warm. We felt so tired because we just got off the overnight train from Bangkok and didn’t get a well sleep. Then they gave us a 3 beds room and allowed us early check in !!! We had a really good rest that morning free drink everywhere

Most amazing was the staff - so kind, helpful and in a good mood. They went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Especially ‘Fr@_Me’ was extremely supportive and friendly. I also very much enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the free glass bottled water. I also had the chance to meet the owner who is an incredible inspiring personality. Thank you very much to all of you I enjoyed it more than in the 5 star hotel - best value I ever experienced in my life!

everything! it’s a beautiful hotel, nice beds, powerfull hot shower, very clean and new, modern, pretty view, good curtains, wonderful sweet employees

little out of centrum. you have to walk 15/20 minutes. can also take a taxi as it is cheap.
